1. What is DAILY CHALLENGE Service?

Answer: The Daily Challenge service is a portal that allows access to an innovative web based set of daily mental exercises for speed, intelligence, hand to eye coordination, listening skills, memory, abstract thinking and general knowledge. The Service offers access to an HTML5 site available for Smartphone and advanced feature phone users. Upon successful renewal of subscription, users accessing the Daily Challenge portal are invited to complete the “challenge” of the day. By completing it, they earn points which are added to their overall points balance. Moreover, they collect gems depending on how well they performed against other players during the specific day.

2. Where can I find DAILY CHALLENGE Service?

Answer: You can subscribe to Daily Challenge through advertising channels via the Internet.
Or by sending an SMS with the letter R to 4480001 or can visit the WAP portal of DAILY CHALLENGE http://adaychallenge.mbcb.io from the mobile browser.

3. How much do I have to pay to subscribe and how much content can I watch?

Answer: The daily subscription package is 2 SMS of 5 THB each (excl. VAT) for accessing the portal (automatic renewal).

4. How can I unsubscribe from Daily Challenge?

If you wish to unsubscribe from Daily Challenge send C to 4480001.

5. Who can access the DAILY CHALLENGE Service?

Answer: The service DAILY CHALLENGE can be accessed by all AIS customers (both prepaid and postpaid)

6. Can I access the DAILY CHALLENGE Service from the iPhone?

Answer: Yes. You just click on the link that has been given in the SMS, then the link will be directly connected to the wap portal http://adaychallenge.mbcb.io by using an internet connection, then you can directly access the portal.

7. Can I access the portal through my mobile?

Answer: You can, please make sure the cellphone used supports Mobile Data to access the games portal.

8. If I have subscribed to the DAILY CHALLENGE Service, how long will the subscription be valid?

Answer: After successfully subscribing to your DAILY CHALLENGE service, you can access anything in the content portal, as long as you are successfully charged and do not stop the service.

9. Are there data charges that apply when browsing or accessing?

Answer: Data charges apply when browsing the portal and accessing it, in accordance with applicable data rates.
